Meet Our Parent SEL Series Speaker: Chantell Prescott, LCPC

Join us on Thursday, October 8, for an engaging Parent SEL Series presentation with Chantell Prescott, Student Support Director and Lower School Counselor at Stone Ridge School and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Chantell has presented to independent school parent communities on helping children develop confidence, resilience, and grit through supportive challenge and healthy boundaries. In this interactive session, parents will learn practical strategies for balancing empathy with appropriate expectations while fostering frustration tolerance, flexibility, self-advocacy, and resilience—essential skills that help children thrive both in and out of the classroom.

Whether you're parenting a preschooler or a middle schooler, you'll leave with actionable tools to support your child's social-emotional growth and independence.
