Ever since we opened our doors in 1953, Loudoun Country Day families, faculty, alumni, and friends have generously invested their time, talents, and resources in our students’ success. Our community actively supports the mission of our school in myriad ways, and every gift helps ensure that LCDS can continue to attract and retain our excellent teachers, maintain our small, family atmosphere, and evolve our program to challenge and nurture our students.

As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational institution, Loudoun Country Day School does not receive any federal, state or local funding. Contributions to our Annual Fund bridge the gap between tuition revenue and the true cost of educating an LCDS student. Attendance at events like our Fall Fun Fair, Spring Auction, and Parent Social fosters close relationships within our community. Our active Parents Association also offers many opportunities to volunteer in the service of our school.
