The visual arts curriculum at Loudoun Country Day School provides a creative and nurturing environment for the artistic expression of children from first through eighth grade.  It lays a solid foundation in the basic principles of art, craft and design that can be applied to work in other fields as well.  We stress that process rather than product are paramount, and that experimentation is an important facet of the process.
